GETTING STARTED
In this module, we focus on auditing your current habits, determining your personal priorities and tracking your time to better understand where you can make changes.
MORNING ROUTINE
In this module, we focus on building an intentional morning routine that is flexible in different seasons of life so you can make time for your priorities and show up well for others.
MEAL PLANNING ROUTINE
In this module, we organize and create your meal planning system to take you from the planning phase into simple weekly prep so dinnertime is no longer a frustration!
DAILY 7 HOME ROUTINE
In this module, we organize your home tasks to create a simple, daily routine to reset your home in just 30 minutes. As for all the "other tasks"? We've got a plan for those, too!
MOVEMENT ROUTINE
In this module, we focus on figuring out the type of movement you love! We also look at building a default movement routine you can fall back on to keep you energized, even on those busy days.
BUDGET ROUTINE
In this module, we look at the basics of budgeting. Building your base budget, choosing how you want to manage your expenses, and creating a plan to save for your future.
ANNUAL BUDGET SYSTEM
In this BONUS module, you will set up Renae's Annual Budget System. This budget spreadsheet is built in Google Sheets and will help make budgeting a breeze!
THE DAY STACK
In this module, we wrap it all up and focus on time blocking your days into simple day stacks using a combined Google calendar + paper planner method. We create a weekly planning session that helps organize your time, builds your five foundational routines into your week and gives you time back so you can actually enjoy your life!

Once the beta launch date is confirmed, we will announce the purchase window for the beta round. You will likely have approximately seven (7) days to purchase once the beta round becomes available. Once the purchase window closes, you will not be able to purchase until the full course launches later this year (after the beta round is complete). This will give us time to let the beta students get through the course and for us to make any necessary improvements so it's ready for the full launch!
If you purchase the course during the beta round, you will get the amazing beta price and will maintain access during the entire beta phase (we are expecting this phase to be anywhere from 2-4 months, but the exact timeframe may vary). You will maintain access to the course and resources during the entire beta phase, even as we make updates and improvements. The one-year membership for beta students and founding members will not officially begin until the date of the full launch - that means you get the full year membership PLUS the beta phase for just $99! This is a gift from us as a way to say thank you for being one of the first students to go through the course and providing feedback during the beta phase to help us make the course even better!
Possibly. The course has been built and is intended to launch as-is, but we are opening for a first round of students as "beta students" so that we can get women in the course, going through the lessons and making progress towards their goals! During this process, we are asking for feedback - since it's the first round, we want to know if students are getting stuck somewhere or need something explained more clearly. If there are any kinks, we want to know about them early on so we can clear that up and make the course even better! So the course will likely change a bit during the beta phase, but only to continue making improvements before the full launch.
Once the purchase window closes for the beta round, you will not be able to purchase the Foundations Course until it officially launches later this year (after the beta round is complete). The exact date of the full course launch will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: feedback from the beta students, updates being made to the course, etc. The official course launch will take place in 2025, but the exact launch date is unknown at this time. The focus of this course is to help women who are feeling overwhelmed build simple and sustainable routines to help them get organized and take their time back. It doesn't matter if the cause of your overwhelm is related to motherhood, juggling a career, taking care of elderly parents, or all of the above. The five foundational routines we focus on can benefit any woman, at any age - no matter your situation. Each routine will be customized to you, so whether you have kids, a career, or anything else you are juggling in life, you are welcome here!
The first module is important to start with because it provides information on what to expect in the course. It also helps build an understanding of what is currently happening with your habits and routines so you know where to begin making changes. Beyond that, the course is laid out in a way that Renae believes is the most beneficial to begin making impactful changes to help you make progress while building consistency. However, if there is a particular module you need to jump to due to current life situations, you do have the option to complete the modules in whichever order you choose. Just be sure to complete Module 1 first. :)
The actual timeframe will vary from person to person. The course is designed for someone to be able to complete the full course in approximately 8-12 weeks. This would assume the student is spending a couple of hours each week to complete the lessons and also allows time to begin implementing what you learn as you go. However, this course is self-paced so you have the ability to complete it at your preferred speed. You may go through the lessons quicker than someone else, or you may choose to spend more time on a particular module. The time it takes is up to you!
When you purchase the course, you will have full membership access for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Towards the end of your membership period, you will be notified of your upcoming expiration via email. At that time, you will have the option to renew your membership at a discounted student rate to maintain access to the course and course resources, as well as to remain part of the private student community.
NOTE REGARDING BETA STUDENTS:
Beta students and founding members will have access to the course during the beta phase, then their one-year membership will officially begin on the date of the full course launch later this year.
